摘要
本文介绍了基于unicorn系统的天津市高校图书馆馆际互借的管理模式、管理办法、借阅规则及运行方式和借阅流程等。指出了天津市高校馆际互借中在馆际互借意识、馆际互借宣传、互借满意度、使用率以及服务范围和方式等方面存在的不足,并提出了相关的改进对策及建设性的想法。
The article describes the managing mode,managing methods,loan rules,operating mode as well as the procedure of the unicorn-based interlibrary loan system used by Tianjin university libraries,and points out the deficiency of it from the aspects of consciousness,publicity,satisfaction,utilization,the service scope and style of services,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
