国内知识管理研究若干维度的特征分析——基于自科、社科立项的实证研究

Study on Characters of Some Aspects in Domestic Knowledge Management Research-an Empirical Study Based on NFSC and NPOPSS

从2000至2009年共有106项知识管理自科与社科项目获批。以该106项项目数据为样本进行分析,认为国内知识管理立项研究大致分为两大主体:以大连理工大学管理学院为核心的知识管理综合性研究和以北京航空航天大学经济管理学院为核心的知识管理技术与系统研究,图书情报界在国内知识管理立项研究中处于从属地位。国内知识管理立项研究集中在知识管理流程与隐性知识领域,对于知识管理与业务流程、不同组织环境、组织文化、人的关系研究较少;国内知识管理研究的领域和视角较窄,其研究群体主要集中在管理学科。缺乏来自其他学科的研究力量和研究方法;国内知识管理研究的研究方法体系不够成熟,理论研究明显占据优势,实证研究的特点与规范程度没有明确。

Totally 106 projects in knowledge management were approved by NSFC and NPOPSS from2000 to 2009.Taking the projects as the samples,the author thinks that the projects in knowledge management are generally applied by two main groups.One is the School of Management of Dalian University of Technology which mainly deals with a comprehensive research on the knowledge management,and the other is the School of Economics Management of Beihang University which focuses on the technology and system of knowledge management.Domestic libraries are subordinate in such researches.The project application mainly involves in the procedure of knowledge management and tacit knowledge,while the researches on the knowledge management and its operation procedure,different organization environment,organization cultures and the relations of people are less concerned with.So the scope of researches concerned is relatively narrow.Many of research groups come from the circle of the science of management,who lacks the support from other subjects.Thus the research system on it is still imperfect with theoretical study dominating,and the features and standardized degree of empirical study are still not clear.
