摘要
随着经济的迅速发展,现代科学技术的不断进步,图书馆的服务功能逐渐被重视起来,与此同时,人们对图书馆的管理水平和人员素质也提出了更高的要求。图书馆人员管理水平的高低是图书馆事业发展的关键,充分调动他们的主动性和积极性是图书馆管理的重点之一。文章引入管理心理学分析图书馆人员的心理压力问题,帮助管理者寻找对策,激励图书馆人员充分发挥主观能动性,为社会、教学科研提供优质的服务。
With the rapid development of economy,and great progress in modern science and technology,the function of library service has attracted much attention.At the same time,the library management level and quality of the personnel have also been put forward higher requirements.Library personnel management level is very important to the development of modern library.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of librarians'initiative is one of the key points of library management.In this paper,management psychology is used to analyze the psychological pressure problems of librarians.It will help managers look for solutions to motivate librarians,making them give full play to the initiative and provide high-quality services to the community,teaching and research.
