摘要
QuestionPoint是由美国国会图书馆和OCLC共同开发的全球合作参考咨询系统。该系统以其强大的功能和显著的优势,成为全球图书馆合作数字参考咨询服务的典范。但是QuestionPoint系统在我国的参考咨询服务实践中,却表现出不能适应我国图书馆系统的一些弱点。作者通过网站调查、电话访问等方式全面总结QuestionPoint系统在我国图书馆界的使用状况,并对该系统在中国出现的问题进行了深入的分析,以供图书馆在选择参考咨询软件时借鉴。
QuestionPoint is a collaborative reference service system developed by the U.S.Library of Congress and OCLC.With its powerful functions and advantages,QuestionPoint has become a good model for global library cooperative digital reference service.However,QuestionPoint has shown its own weakness because it can not be applicable to Chinese library systems.By the ways of website surveying and telephone interviewing,the authors make a summary on the use of QuestionPoint in China,and analyze the problems that appear,which can be used for reference when domestic libraries choose their own reference platform.
