TC2M钛合金薄板圆孔翻边试验特异现象的分析 被引量:3

摘要 钛合金以其良好的性能成为现代飞行器的重要材料 ,但其成形工艺性能较差 ,因此 ,对其进行翻边成形性能的研究就显得十分必要。在室温下采用厚度为 0 .8mm、中心有预制孔的TC2M圆板坯料进行了钛合金薄板圆孔翻边成形试验 ,试验中发现翻边试件卸载时发生突缘平面翘曲、翻边孔口部椭圆化、口部收缩等现象。文中对这些特异现象进行了详细的描述 ,并给出了理论上的分析和解释。 A series of hole-flanging experiments has been carried out at normal indoor temperature with TC2M titanium alloy sheets,and circular plates with thickness of 0.8mm and pre-determined-hole at the center of the specimen were used through out. In the process of hole-flanging experiment, it has been revealed that some distinctive phenomenon such as warp in periphery, elliptical change and shrink in lip of the flanged-hole occured during unloading. Detailed description, theoretical analysis and explanation about the distinctive phenomena is presented in this paper.
