摘要
本文论述了新疆企业家队伍难以形成的原因，培育企业家队伍势在必行及四条措施。
The essay analyses the causes of the difficulty in the formation of Xinjiang's contingent of enterprisers,points out the necessity for theotraining of such a contingent and suggests four measures to be taken.
