摘要
本文分析了市场经济与效率、公平内在的统一性；资本主义市场经济效率和公平与社会 主义市场经济效率和公平之区别；指出“效率优先，兼顾公平”是我国社会转型时期所应 坚持与倡导的原则。
The paper gives and analysis of the internal unity of the efficiency and fairness of market economy and also the difference of the efficiency and fairness of the capitalist and socialist economies.
