The paper makes a study of the pronunciation and meaning of the vocabulary of the language spoken in the ancient Cheshi State and ancient skulls unearthed in Turfan and Altay and believes that most of the inhabitants in Cheshi were descendants of Caucasians from Nothern Europe.
