摘要
本文总结了我国开展视障儿童随班就读近十年来,师资培训工作存在的问题,分析了对巡回教师和辅导教师进行“一揽子”培训在教学目标、课程设置、教学效果和经济效果等方面存在的问题。提出分类、分级培训的方案,分别对巡回教师、辅导教师的师资培训的课程设置、课时分配、各课授课要求提出具体计划。
This article summaries the problems existing in thetutor-training programs oriented to the target of normal schooling of visually impaired children, a targetthat has been pursued for nearly 10 years in China.Based on the analysis of such issues in the 'package' oftraining program for the lenient and instructive tutorsas training objectives, curriculum arrangement, trainingeffect and economic returns, the article puts forwardplans for classificstion and grades training programs, inwhich specific arrangements are drawn up regardingcurriculum, distribution of training time and trainingstandards.
