摘要
文章根据智力残疾人的心理特点，指出开展智力残疾人职业培训的重要意义，并介绍对智力残疾人开展职业培训的系统方法和具体步骤，提出培训中应注意的几个问题。
Significance of vocational training for people with mental retardation were pointed out based on their psychological characteristics in the article. Systematic methods, concrete precedures and problems which should be paid attation were also introduced.
