In the 'axle period'(400-500BC) in the development of world civilization, both Aristotle in Greece and Zhuangzi in China exerted invaluable influence to the future generations with their scholastic works. If anyone in the west should imagine that China is destitute of philosophy, he would, when he finishes reading the works of Zhuangzi, find that the philosophical system established by Zhuangzi is as profound as that established by any ancient Greek philosopher.
