世界哲学与未来中国哲学

作者认为,世界哲学的产生是一种可能的存在,而不是一种现实的存在。其前提是历史向世界历史转化和西学东渐,后者主要是在东方大国——中国土地上展开的;世界哲学虽然类似于黑格尔所说的“唯一的普遍哲学”,但它既不是已实现的东西,更不是各国具体哲学的集合;未来中国哲学必须会通中西文化精神,它既是文化哲学,又是人学或哲学人类学。

The world philosophy, if anything, is a possibility, not a reality. The pre - requisite of its attainment is the globalization of human history and theeastward expansion of western values-which has taken place largely inChina. Though the world philosophy may be defined as 'the one and only uni-versal philosophy', in Hegel's terms,it is neither a thing de facto nor a con-vergence of the philosophies of different countries. The future Chinese philoso-phy shall combine Chinese cultural essence with that of the west. It will be a kind of cultural philosophy as well as philosophical anthropology.
