广州经济与金融国际化思考

本文分析了广州经济金融国际化的机遇和挑战,认为:政府应积极、主动地从政治、经济、市场秩序、文化教育等方面营造一个有利于经济金融国际化的大环境,在政策上对经济金融国际化给予大力扶持,组建跨国集团公司,充分发挥广州现有开发区、保税区的政策优势,推进广州经济金融国际化。

By analysing the chance and challenge that face Guangzhou' sattempt to internationalize her economy and finance, this treatise holds that the municipal government should step up its efforts to create a more favourable political, eco-nomic, market, cultural and educational evironment. Transnational corporations should be established, The preferential poicies that have been granted to the ex-isting development zones and bonded zones shouldbe put into full play, in a word, more intitative and more policies are needed to push the internationaiiza-tion program ahead.
