摘要
运动时机体难以维持所需的或预期的功率输出 ,称为疲劳。疲劳细胞机制的假说目前主要有两个理论 :(1 )细胞的代谢因素 ;(2 )兴奋收缩耦联 (ECC)的变化。
Fatigue is defined as failure to maintain the required or expected power output.The potative fatigue factors about cellular mechanisms of the muscle fatigue are mainly concentrate on the two theroies:(1)The factors of cell metabolism.(2)Alteration in excitation-contraction coupling (ECC).
