摘要
本文在总结传统的常规战略评估模型的特点及存在问题的基础上，着重介绍了基于多目标决策支持系统的战略评价模型ＳＡＭ的理论及方法。并应用ＳＡＭ模型对我国某制冷设备工业公司的发展战略进行了分析评价，为决策者进行战略选择与决策提供了科学依据。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and defects of traditional and conventional models,the paper illustrates a multiple criteria decision support system-strategic assessment model (SAM). And applied SAM to make a evaluation of the future development strategy for the company.
