摘要
本文论述了煤矿改扩建的必然性及开发投资决策支持系统的必要性，并详细论述了决策支持系统的结构和功能，建立了预测模型、经济评价及风险分析数学模型。同时，开发了相应的软件系统，并用某煤矿的改扩建实例成功地进行了检验。
This paper discusses the inevitabilities of technological renovation and expansion of coal mines and the necessity of developing decision support systems (DSS) for mine renovation and investment projects. Especially, it presents the fuctions and the structures for such a DSS,including databases and modelbases for predicting coal prices, coal production and costs, for evaluating mine renovation and investment scenarios, and for risk analysis. Implementation features of a DSS will be described and an example of DSS application will be illustrated.
