论述了模拟支持系统（ＩＳＳＳ）中的模拟生成器（ＧＳ）的功能结构、模拟过程和模拟模型生成方法，并将ＳＧＳ应用于港口辅助管理决策中的系统模拟，运用实际数据加以验证．
This paper presents the function structure of simulation generation system in simulation support system. This paper also studies on how to generate simulation models, and how to complish the progress of simulating. The SGS was applied in the systems simulation of port management decision support system and was verified by real data.
