决策支持中心的研究和开发战略

Strategy of Research and Development for Decision Support Centre

决策支持中心是由决策支持小组和计算机决策支持工具构成，通过人机有机结合等多种方式支持高中层决策者做出应急和重要决策的广义决策支持系统（ＤＳＳ）．决策支持中心是当前决策支持系统研究和应用领域中一个新的发展方向．本文阐述了对决策支持中心的认识以及决策支持中心的研究战略和开发战略．最后指出，决策支持中心适合于我国建立区域、部门或大中型企业高中层决策支持环境．

Decision support centre consists of decision support group and computer decision support tools, and it is a generalized decision support system of supporting high or middle layer decision maker to do the urgent and important decision making by many way, including the way of combining person and machine etc. Decision support centre is a new developing direction in the research and application field for decision support systems. An understanding, strategy of research and strategy of development for decision support centre are expounded in this paper. Finally, it is pointed out that Decision support centre is fit for building the decision support system of area, department and large or middle enterprise in China.
