The Framework Model of CSCW and Classification of Tasks

任务分类与系统建模是ＣＳＣＷ研究的基础。本文提出了ＣＳＣＷ任务分类的四维模型：结构化程度维、合作程度维、时间维和空间维。一个成功的ＣＳＣＷ系统不仅取决于群体、任务和技术的因素，更重要的是取决于他们之间的关系。为此，本文提出了ＣＳＣＷ系统的三因素框架模型：固有因素、过程因素及输出因素，并分析了组成三因素的子因素。

This paper presents a model for tasks in computer supported cooperative work (CSCW). There are four dimensions in this model: the degree of structure, the degree of the cooperativeness, time and space. A successful CSCW system depends on the group, tasks,technology and the interaction of these aspects. In this view, a framework model for CSCWsystem has been presented. It consists of three factors: nature factor, process factor and outcome factor.They constructs a closed loop system.
