摘要
本文运用模糊数学和系统工程决策理论，将模糊数学与ＡＨＰ方法相结合，经过改进、补充和综合，构造了方案的综合多目标模糊决策模型，形成了一套新的实用性的模糊综合决策系统，并设计了通用算法。
In this paper that apply the fuzzy mathematics, AHP and decision theory to develop a synthetical multiobjective fuzzy decision model for designing a decision management system (DMS) of development project of new product systems. A new fezzy decision system and general algorithm has been given.
