台湾关于结婚制度的规定较大陆详细、具体、完善,但有些内容相当落后.大陆法律剔除了封建落后的东西,建立了新的社会伦理道德观,但比较抽象.
Taiwan has a more detailed, concrete and comprehensive marital system than that of the China's Mainland, but there are some backward elements in it . The marital system of the China's Mainland has got rid of the feudal and backward elements and has established new social ethics, but it has the weakness of being too abstract in some points.
