当代中国体育奖励体系的形成与发展

Formation and Development of Contemporary Sports Reward System in China

建国以来，我国的体育奖励经历了“文革”以前、“文革”期间、改革开放至１９９２年奥运会、１９９２年奥运会以后至今４个不同的发展阶段，走过了初步形成、萧条、恢复和兴起、高潮和稳步发展的历程。其体系内部的各项要素——体育奖励实施主体和授予对象、体育奖励内容和方法、体育奖励目的和效应日渐明晰，体系与外部环境的关系也不断协调。作为当代中国体育奖励体系载体的体育法规制度今后还将出现新的特点。

Chinas sports reward has gone through four developing stages:before“culture revolution”,during “culture revolution”,from reformation to Olympic game in 1992,from Olympic game in 1992 to now.It passed a course of preliminary formation,depression,resumption and rise,climax and stable development.Each element in the system including main body and object,contents and method,aim and effect of sports reward is more and more clear,the relationship between the system and its outer grounds is more and more coordinate.As a carrier of Chinese sports reward,the sports legal and institute system will be appear new characteristic and become mature and perfect.
