当前的奥林匹克运动中有两个热点法律问题。１．法庭介入体育问题，即国内法对体育事务的“干涉”。２．与修改《奥林匹克宪章》有关的问题，包括国际奥委会委员年龄的限制，“国家”一词的涵义等。这两个问题解决得好坏，关系着奥林匹克运动在下个世纪的发展。

There are two hot law topics in the current Olympic Movement. One,the 'intervention' of the internal law. Two,the problems related to the revise of the Olympic Charter, Which includes the retire age of the 10℃ member and the implication of the word 'country'.These two issues are important to the developm ent of this movement in the next century.
