运用均匀设计的试验方法,以种群干扰作用控制指数和害虫种群数量持续降低指标评价了绿僵菌不同使用浓度和使用次数组合对香蕉假茎象甲种群的控制作用,建立了使用浓度(XA)、使用次数(XB)和干扰控制作用指数(Y)之间的回归模型:Y=1.349 9-0.101 8 XA-0.090 3 XB.并以害虫种群数量持续降低指标(I)小于1为标准,明确了8×107 mL-1使用3次、8×108 mL-1使用2次和8×108 mL-1使用3次,香蕉假茎象甲种群数量将持续降低,其中以8×108 mL-1使用3次的干扰控制作用指数值最小,为0.173 3,控制效果最好.

Control efficience of Metarhizium anisopliae on the banana pseudostem weevil (Odoiporus longicollis Oliver) was evaluated by interference index of population control (IIPC) and population sustainable reduction index through the experiment of uniform design. The regression equation was Y= 1.349 9 - 0. 101 8 XA -0.090 3 XB , where the dosage of M. anisopliae =XA, times of application = XB, and IIPC = Y. The combination of 8 ×107 mL-1×3 times, 8 × 108 mL-1× 2 times and 8×108 mL-1× 3 times could suppress the banana pseudostem weevil population. The IIPC of the treatment 8 ×108 mL-1×3 times was 0.173 3.
