Ideal Market Economy and Actual Market Economy

理想市场经济是市场经济所固有的客观规律所决定的,且必须受节约规律和生产关系适合生产力性质规律的支配或制约.由于市场经济是个历史的范畴,它在不同的阶段,既有相同特征又有不同局限和矛盾.资本主义阶段如此,社会主义阶段也如此.社会主义市场经济是建立在公有制基础上的市场经济,虽然它在发展中也存在一些问题,但只有它有可能实现理想市场经济的基本目标.

Ideal market economics is decided by innate rules of market economics, and is also governed by economic rules and the rules for adaptation of relations of production to production power. Market economics is a historical concept. In the course of its development, market economics not only displays similar features but also contradictions and limitations in different stages. The socialist stage is the same as the capitalist stage. Socialist market economics is market economics founded on the base of public ownership,although some questions still exist in its development, but only socialist market economics can achieve the basic aim of ideal market economics.
