摘要
在教学时数压缩的情况下，为提高篮球教学水平，围绕教学最优化这一课题进行实验研究，取得了良好效果。
With teaching periods reduced,a trial study of the optimization of basketball lesson was conducted in order to improve basktball lessons and good results are obtained.
