社会主义市场经济条件下我国体育院系人才培养的战略研究

A Research on the Strategy in Cultivation of Qualified Sports Personnel under the Condition of Socialist Market Economy in PE Institutes and Departments in China

为探讨高等体育院校的教育体制及人才培养规格如何适应社会主义市场经济要求，我们对我国部分城市体育人才市场的供求情况及发展趋势进行了调查，对我国体育院系现有的招生办法、专业设置及毕业分配原则等进行了深入分析，对今后几年我国体育院系招生人数、专业设置、培养目标等进行了预测，以求为培养具有较高素质、符合未来社会发展需要的人才提供科学依据。

In order to probe into the way the educational system in physical education institutes and the standard in the cultivation of qualified personnel meet the demands of socialist market economy, we investigated the supplies and demands and the trend in the market of qualified sports personnel in some cities in China. We also analysed the present enrollment, majors offered and assigning principles after graduation in PE institutes and departments in China. The number to be enrolled, majors offered and cultivation objective are predicted so as to offer sientific grounds for cultivation of qualified personnel who will be highly competent and accord with future social demands.
