To enhance the quality of educating talents to meet the demands of the coming century, teaching contents and the course system must be reformed in physical education institutes. Traditional educational ideas should be reformed; Teaching contents should be carefully chosen ; A new course system, a quality norm and an appraising system should be established. In the reform,we should persevere in the combination of scientificity, systematicness,openness,leading awareness and practicality and teachers must be fully mobilized.
