摘要
运用问卷法和特尔菲法对天津市中、小学体育与健康课程试教情况进行实证研究 ,分析结果表明 :加大培训的力度和针对性 ,拓宽传播课程改革信息的渠道 ,是提高一线体育教师执教新课程水平的有效途径 ;现行课程中的运动技能教学内容基本上符合各学段学生身体素质和运动技能水平的实际情况 ,运动项目的编排和设计也基本符合教学要求 ,但身体素质与运动技能的比例需要调整 ;在优化与评价过程中 ,D值与 T值是筛选教学内容的有效指标 ,其数值的变化影响着某一运动项目的摈弃或保留 ;M系数、B系数和 P值是评价教学内容实际教学目标与课程目标一致性的 3个重要参数 ,其数值的大小直接反映二者交互效应的程度。
By using the method of questionnaire and Delphi,this paper makes survey on physical education and health curriculum of middle and elementary schools in Tianjin.The result shows that it is the effective way to improve the teaching level of physical education teacher,open up the channel that transmits curriculum reform information.The teaching content of motor skill in curriculum basically meets the practical condition of physical fitness and skill at different class level students,but the proportion of physical fitness and motor skill should be adjusted.In process of optimization evaluation,the parameters of D&T can filter teaching content availability that higher & low of parameter effected upon in and out of them.The indexes of M & B & P can estimates coherence between teaching contents goal and curriculum aim which the changing of this parameters effects on correlation between of them.
