摘要
本文利用城镇人口和行业生产及环境特点，对我国城镇的有机废弃物生成量、利用量和排放量进行了估算，并对它们的潜在性资源价值和环境影响作出定量评价。这一结果对制定我国城镇有机废弃物的环境管理政策和开发利用这一资源有着基础重要性。
An estimate of organic waste production， reuse and discharge of China's citys andtowns is presented in this paper by developing an population－based and output－based algorithm. Its potcntial rcsource im plications and environmcntal impacts are also cvaluated．The findingsmay be of high importance to forming citys and towns environmental policies on organic waste.
