摘要
周海平从普通中学考入成都体院后100米成绩从11″4(手计时)提高到10″53(电计时),只用了两年时间。主要是笔者针对周海平的实际情况,提出了恰当的训练指导原则,并采取了相应的训练手段与方法实现的。
After Zhou has been enrolled by chengdu Institute of physical Education college fromacommon middle school, his achievement of 100-meter dash has been raised from 11″4 (manualcounter)to 10″53 (electric counter) within only two years.The most important reason is thataccording to Zhou Haiping's actual conditions, writer presented a serics proper training principle andassumed corres ponding methods.
