摘要
任何一项体育比赛,除了运动员技、战术水平的较量外,更重要的是心理素质的较量。心理素质高,可以超常发挥技术;反之,往往导致比赛失常。因此,青少年运动员心理素质的训练尤其重要。从实践中总结出青少年排球运动员心理素质训练的三种方法:(1)对抗性练习;(2)多安排练习比赛;(3)做好每场比赛的技术统计。
ny competition is a kind of psychological capacity competition besides the competitionof physical capacity.Therefore, its very important to training the psychological capacity of yonthathletes. From practice the anthor find out three training methods for psychological capacity:(1)dualmeet drill.(2)more drill competition. (3) make technology statistic of each competition.
