国有经济作为国家干预经济的手段之一．其规模的大小不是由人们的主观愿望所决定的．而是依存于一定的经济因素．即取决于市场发育程度、资本状况、企业家资源状况、以及市场规模与竞争状况等因素。因此，一国国有经济的规模并不是一成不变的．从总体上看．国有经济规模的演变轨迹是与经济发展水平相关联的。

AbstractThe size of the state-owned economy is decided by many economic factors, such as the extent of market growth, the size of market, the situation of capital, enterprisers resources,and the market competition. Therefore, the size of the state-owned economy isn' t always fixed, and generally, its change track is related with the economic development level.
