摘要
文章认为,随着企业改革的不继深入,企业家短缺已成为制约我国经济不断发展的最大因素,成为经济体制转化和建立现代企业制度的瓶颈。培养现代职业型的企业家,一靠市场化.即营造企业家市场化的制度、法律保障和社会环境:二靠运行机制保证,即建立健全企业家队伍的选拔机制、激励机制、监督机制和培训机制。为此,必须区分企业家与政治家这两个不同的概念,必须以年薪制的方式反映企业家的市场价格,必须使企业家的资质测评与资格认定社会化、规范化和法制比。
AbstractThe author holds that,with the reform deepenihg,the shortage of enterprisers is becom ing the most serious factor restricting China's economic development and it is the bottleneck of economic system transition and establishing a modern enterprise system.The approaches to growing modern professional enterprisers are as follows:first,marketization,i.e.creating the system,law and social environment for enterPrisers'marketlzing;second,operating mecha nism,i.e.setting up and perfecting the mechanism of choosing,encouraging,supervising and training the enterPriser team.For the sake mentioned above,we must distinguish the two kinds of concepts of enterprisers and politicians;reflect the enterprisers'price with annual tions.
