摘要
回顾了跳高技术的演变过程，探讨了当今跳高技术的主要特征：快速助跑，快速起跳，快速摆动肢体，最后提出训练的指导思想和原则。
The authors of this paper viewed changing process of jump skill,discussed its main characters today:approach quickly,take-off quickly and swinged body quickly,and pointed out guiding ideology and principles in mordern training.
