The purpose if this system is of provide a management tool for managers ofprogram management to assist them in their decision-making process and to help them ex- ecute their project in a more effective and efficient manner.The system is an integratedsoftware system.It consists of two major parts,functional modules and the integrated sys- tem,Functional modules are software program management areas of responsibility such asplanning,plan generation, cost estimating,etc. The integrated system is the system which isintegrated all modules through a knowledge-based model base management system.Thesystem provides capability for a program manager to tackle unstructured problems and ad- dress 'what if…'and ' should I…' questions.
