A Multiple Attribute Decision Making Method with Encour-agement (or Penalty) Mechanism

针对有时序多指标决策问题的特征，本文提出了一种带有鼓励（或惩罚）机制的综合排序方法，该方法更具有实用性、可靠性。

On the multiple attribute decision making with time series,a new synthetical or-dering method with the encouragement (or penalty) factor is proposed in this paper.Theapplication of the method is illustrated with an example.
