发展中国家(地区)的跨国公司起步于60年代,70年代以后发展较快,80年代后半期以来更加快了发展步伐。不仅海外经营的目的多样,而且在不同时期,发展中国家(地区)的海外直接投资的地区流向、行业流向、技术层次和经营策略也呈出现自身的特点。由于跨国经营可以给母国带来相当的利益,各发展中国家(地区)都采取了一定的扶持政策。我国特别是广东省,应该借鉴其他发展中国家(地区)的经验,加快跨国公司的发展。

TNCS of developing countries emerged in 1960s, grew guickly in1970s and have further been expanding since late 1980s. Not only their aims ofoperation varied, the district and industry structure, technology levels and operating strategies of overseas direct investment of developing countries varied in different periods. For multinational business can benefit the homecountries significantly, many developing countries adopt certain supportingpolicies. Our country, especially Guangdong province, should use their ex-per-ience for reference and quicken the development of our TNCS.
