摘要 当美国著名饮料可口可乐进入中国市场后,它不仅给刚打开国门的中国消费者带来了一种口味迥异的饮品,而且使中国的广大消费者与企业家们一起认识并接触到了一种极具特色的企业形象战略。现在,只要一提起可口可乐,谁都会想到那CoCa—Cola斯宾塞体标准字形;想到那与白色字强烈对比的红色标准色;想到那缎带般流动的包装瓶曲线。当然,更重要的自然会想到可口可乐那无处不在的社会参与角色与令人赞叹的服务精神。现在,随着我国改革开放与市场经济的深入发展,诸如可口可乐此类的企业形象已经越来越多地涌现在人们的面前了,这就是当代国际商业社会中日益盛行的确立企业形象的新战略─—建立企业识别系统的种种杰作与巨大成功。
