在市场经济条件下，高校学报的改革势在必行。但改革应在明确办刊宗旨的前提下，坚持社会效益为主，兼顾经济效益；其管理体制和运行机制，可从非市场型向半市场型转化，走联合办刊之路。

It must be carried out that the reformation of universities'journals under the conditionof the market economy.But,the reformation on the premise of making clear the aim of journal'spublication,should persiSt in giving the first place to the social benefits, while considering the economicbenefits. The administrative system and the runing mechanism could be shifted from the non-marketmodel to the semLmarket model,and take a road of the co-operation for journals'publication.
