摘要
本文运用决策支持系统的原理开发了一个适合于任意指标个数、指标层数和指标的隶属关系的通用综合评价系统。设计了一种定长代码来表达指标树。提出了一种三级框架的模型表达方式对评价模型进行表达。运用模型库管理系统对多个评价模型进行管理，将模型、算法、数据分类进行管理，系统输入原始数据，自动生成评价模型。
Abstract：In this paper，we developed a general synthetical evaluation system which fits foranalyslzing any index tree using the principle of DSS．Designed one fixed-length code todescribe the index tree，We present here one three-level frame conlguration to representthe evaluation model．Using model base management to manage more than one evaluationmodels．The classification managememt model according to Data-Model-Algorithm hasbeen obtained．The designed system can produce the evaluation model automatically on thebasis of the original inputted data.
