摘要
本文根据三明市政府建立科技工业园区的愿望和三明市的实际情况，从系统工程的观点出发，建立了三明市科技工业园区的三层结构框图和模型，在此基础上，确定了科技工业园区模型的决策机理及其应遵循的原则，并开发了科技工业园区项目的信息处理系统，为科技工业园区的开发提供了科学依据。
