人事决策判断的特点及支持策略

摘要 本文以96名企业人事决策人员为被试,采用决策任务模拟实验法,分析了决策者判断的认知特点和影响因素。结果发现:(1)决策者之间对备择方案的选择有很大的差异;(2)这种差异和决策者对信息权重的认知明显相关;(3)在2~4个信息特征内,决策者的判断不受比较特征数量的影响。在分析结果的基础上,进一步讨论了实验发现对人事决策支持系统设计的理论和实际意义,提出了权重信息作为人事决策支持的一个重要策略的思想。 Using decision task simulation and experimental techniques with 96 personnelmanagers,the study examined the cognitive processing characteristics and their relevantvariables in personnel decision-making,The results indicated:(1)There were signmcantdifferences on judgements among subjects;(2)The differences of judgements weresignificantly related to the differences of subjects',weighting distribution of the attributes,(3)The number of attributies less than four had nO effect on subjects'judgements.On thebasis of findings,the theoretical and practicai implications were discussed and weighting in-formation support strategies for personnel decision-making were proposed.
