摘要
沈阳鼓风机厂是全国四大计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)重点应用工厂之一,是典型单件复杂产品制造业。本文以沈阳鼓风机厂为背景,结合单件制造业产品种类多、制造周期长、单件生产的特点,完成了CIMS下主生产计划编制系统的设计,提出了主生产计划的分级决策方法,建立了准时生产计划决策模型。此系统成功应用于沈阳鼓风机厂CIMS开发中,仿真及实际应用证明了分级决策方法的有效性,获得最优生产计划。
Shenyang Blower Plant is one of the four application plants of computer inte-grated manufacturing system(CIMS).It is a typical job-lot manufacturing plant. Accord-ing to the specific production system of Shenyang Blower Plant, such as wide kinds ofproducts, long manufacturing cycle time, add job production,a master production schedule(MPS) system is designed in CIMS. The multi-level decision method of MPS is proposed.A decision model of planning is established by JIT philoso phy. The MPS system is appliedto the development of CIMS in S henya ng Blower Plant, and satisfactory results areachieved.
