运动心理学属应用心理学范畴，教学必须理论联系实际，提高学生运用心理知识分析和解决运动实践中有关心理学问题的能力．教学改革的重点是：针对不同的教学内容增设并设计实践课，给学生提供扮演体育教师与教练角色的机会。

port Psychology belongs to Applled Psychology,therefore the teaching must link the theory of sport psychologywith exerclses.It is important for the students to improve the ability that the students analpe and solve the mental problens in sport practiee using the knowledge of sport psychology.The key point of the teaching innovations were:Considering the diffcrcnt contents of gurt psychology we set up and designed the practiee couise in ordcr to provide some chancesfor every student to act as teacher coach in the classes.This may help the students develop their skills.
