A Case Analysis of Real Estate Investment Decisions

房地产投资决策的质量是房地产开发成效的重要决定因素。本文通过对不同类型的国家房地产企业投资决策情况的现场案例分析,对房地产投资决策的程序、影响因素和特点进行了较深入的考察。文章在分析调研结果的基础上,针对当前房地产投资决策的特点和问题,运用现代管理决策的理论,提出了相应的决策策略。

The quality of real estate investment decision is an importantdeterminant for the effectiveness of real estate development in China. The present study examines the procedure, other correlates andcharacteristics of real estate investment decisions by an in-depth fieldcase analysis in twelve enterprises of different kinds, the articalereports the results of this study. In view of the characteristics andproblems of the current real estate investment decisions, some relevantstrategies are proposed to improve real estate investment decisions in enterprises.
