摘要
本文探讨了企业女职工的生活状况及其婚龄对减少角色倾向的影响。结果表明:①女职工的生活状况较好,她们减少角色的动机不强;②婚龄对她们的夫妻关系、独身倾向、离职倾向和家务事有相当显著的影响;③新婚期后是个婚姻危机期。
This paper approaches the life status of Chinese enterprises' women staff members and their length of marriage affecting their tendency of reducing roles. The results show that: ①the women staff members' life status is relatively good, and their motivation of re-ducing roles is not strong; ②their length of marriage has significant effcet on their marital relationship, single tendency, job leaving tendency, and housework;③after the period of new marriage, there will be a period of marital crisis.
