离退休后再工作对老年人信心的影响

Research on the Effect of Re-work after Retirement on the Aged’s Morale

本研究运用《费城老年中心(PGC)信心量表》调查离退休后再工作对老年人信心、生活满意感的影响。结果表明,离退休后再工作的老年人不论在PGC信心量表上的总得分还是在激越、对年龄的态度和不满足-孤独等三个维度上的得分都显著高于离退休后不再工作的老年人,这表明离退休后再工作是影响老年人的信心和满意感的一个重要因素,其它如家庭人际关系、家庭经济水平等因素也影响老年人的信心与满意感。

Philadephia Geriatric Center Morale Scale' was used to investigate the effect of re-work and out-of-the-work after retirement on the aged's morale and life-satisfaction. The results show that the re-work group's scores of total scale and its three sub-scales are significantly higher than those of out-of-the-work group. It suggests that work or out-of-the-work after retirement is an important factor which effect on the aged's morale and life-satisfaction.
