摘要 在pH11.0的Na2CO3 NaHCO3缓冲溶液中,痕量钼(Ⅵ)对H2O2氧化偶氮胭脂红B的褪色反应具有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了一种测定痕量钼(Ⅵ)的催化光度法的新方法。方法的检出限为2.04×10-2μg/L,线性范围为0~6.0μg/L,该法已应用于粉煤灰中痕量钼的测定。 A new catalytic decolorizing spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace molybdenum (Ⅵ) was established, which was based on the catalytic effect of trace molybdenum (Ⅵ) on the oxidative decoloration of azocarmine B by hydrogen peroxide in buffer solution of Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3 at pH 11.0. The detection limit for Mo(Ⅵ) was 2.04×10^(-2) μg/L, and the linear range was 0~6.0 μg/L. The method was applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in fly ash with satisfactory results.
