On Reform of Financial System Under Socialist Market Economy

我国在向社会主义市场经济新体制迈进并与世界经济接轨的过程中,面临着一个重大的“制度变迁”,就是要彻底改革我国传统的企业制度和金融体制,建立适应市场经济体制要求的新的企业制度和金融体制。本文侧重对我国金融体制的改革提出构想,认为金融体制改革的目标就是要求实现银行的企业化,这是我国金融业发展的根本出路。

In the course that China advance towards a new system of the socialistmarket economy which is to be converged into the world economy, whatis in view is a major 'system transformation'. It means a thorough reformof China's traditional enterprise system and financial system and theestablishment of a new sytem of flee enterprises and market financial system. The authors here put forth their plan for the reforming of financialsystem of China, which argue that the goal of financial reform is to turnthe banks into enterprses in accordance with the requirement of a freeenterprise system. This is the fundamental way out for the growth ofChina's financial undertakings.
